"the nicest and the sweetest days are not those on which anything very splendid or wonderful or exciting happens, but just those that bring simple pleasure, following one another softly, like pearls slipping off a string."

I'm off to see the wizard...

...the wonderful
wizard
who takes pieces of this and that
adds
some mysterious
magical potion and then,
and then...
sends me home with a
'new'
leg, in a cast.
yeppers,
'put me back together
one more time,'
is here again.
should just be a few days in the
hospital
and
in a few weeks
good as new with a walking
prosthesis.
And am I ever ready to hitch up my
boots and start walking
again.
'cause you know...
these boots are made for walkin'.

wish me well and I'll check in when I can.
