  1. The most joyful thing for me is feeling totally accepted and loved by God; no matter what I do or what happens around me. That makes me feel happy every moment. It's taken me many many years to feel this unconditional acceptance, and now that I have; I feel like a child again!

  2. Staying in the moment, not harboring resentment, developing a sense of wonder... "noticing that the wind has come up.. smelling the flowers on your morning walk, appreciating that someone has put flowers on the diningroom table."(Pema Chodron).
The wisdom of Joy is in every step we take and every moment.
    If not NOW... when?

  3. I like Debora's and farmlady's answers very, very much! I would love to feel like a child again--or feel like the child I would have liked to have been!
