LOL. So true!
Thank you for the morning smiles!!! Also, THANKS for stopping by my blog, too! Your comment meant more to me than you will EVER know! I have been in a "funk" lately, and that changed my entire outlook! I am ready to tackle the day and the week, now! You are a "great" pick me upper!!!BTW.....the heat continues, but it is supposed to "drop" to the 80's this week!! :) Naturally.....school is ready to begin!
That's great, Jojo. Thanks! :)
You are welcome Jojo. I knew you would get a laugh out of the card. Hope each day is better and less painful. The birdhouse is on it's way.
Oh JoJo.....I have always believed in better living through chemistry. LOL LOL LOL
It's too bad I'm so allergic to it then Jojo! Rats...I sure hope it's working for you my friend!sending hugs...
OH.MY.GOD!I just read about your fall and the ignornace of the ER staff you dealt with. No WONDER I haven't been able to get you by phone. Even though it hurts, brace yourself with a pillow and cough. We don't want you to get pneumonia. You are in my prayers. If there is anything I can do for you, say the word. I am so, so sorry this happened to you, my dear sister-friend. Love you.
Oh jojo--thanks for stopping by--you're the sweetest sweetie in the world. I was down and you lifted me up.The card may be right sometimes, but my gosh--I feel so much like Terry's comment right now. I don't know when I've really laughed. Pain is--well--not a good thing. Morphine, Percocet-(What I have to take for my pain), Demerol--may not be better for you than laughter, but when you hurt, yes--it's a good thing! But only for a brief while. I SO hate that you had to go through what you did-I got so mad about the ER thing! Hope Miss Nursie Nurse got in trouble (and I'm really not a mean person)--but she does deserve some sort of"talking to" or getting relived of her job.Hope you are feeling MUCH better. Have a beautiful day.
Jojo, guess I have truly missed this experience! lolHope you are feeling better by the day.Jim
I think I've missed a whole lot since last winter.......thank you so much for your kind words as I tiptoe into blogging again. I hope you are doing ok but I'm thinking maybe not so I will be praying for healing. Big hugs, Marla
ohmygoodness. My #1 son (a frequent visitor to the O.R. courtesy of Crohn's Disease) just sent this very card to #2 son, who just had his fractured jaw repaired!Only an experienced patient could truly appreciate this sentiment!Much love to you today, Jojo, and I hop with each passing day you feel better and better.
That is major FUNNY! Farmlady was trying to help exercise your lungs with that great card... laughing is almost as good as coughing to help keep the pneumonia away. I know it is sooo hard because I broke a couple of ribs last summer. I thought if one more person told me to be sure and cough I would smack 'em but I knew they loved me and wanted to keep me as healthy as possible... and you, too.Gentle hugs...
I am a little late responding here, but I love this! thanks for the smile!
comments, comments, comments! If you've got 'em share 'em. If you are a no comment blogger I will try to answer back on this post. If you are...expect a personal reply from me! Cheers, and please mind those manners.
