Tuesday's tids...

...now, with more bits.

  • this is quickly becoming a Tuesday only blog, I must get a life.
  • I don't know why the font changed but blogger refuses to let me change it back, do you have blogger issues from time to time?
  • my "chotskies" are getting out of control.
  • I broke a tooth Friday night while flossing. Who breaks a tooth while doing the one thing they tell you that you must do everyday (besides brushing).
  • if you have an extra $367.00 I know where you can send it.
  • I bought something from a fellow blogger a few months ago, (said blogger does not come here) and never received it. Now she won't answer my e-mails, funny, she had no problem taking my money.
  • all of our Maple trees are changing color...beautiful. I think fall is getting pushy, it's not quite time for summer to take a holiday.
  • Yikes...boring.
That's this weeks edition. Oh, look--my font is back! Really not much going on here. I am searching for some more vintage linens and have yet to work on my DIY projects. Tell me...what do you collect?

  1. A Tuesday Only blog is way better than how I've been doing. I think I should rename mine Twice A Month blog.

And to answer your last question: dust.

  2. That just isn't right! The 'fellow blogger' who didn't send you the stuff you bought from her gives other sellers on the net a really bad name. Can you sue her in small claims court? Call Judge Judy!

I'm like Monkling, I collect dust, especially on all the things I used to collect!

  3. I like your blog whether it's once a week or not.

What frustration about that blogger!! Hope you didn't lose too much money.

I love the irony of the broken tooth while flossing. Is it okay if I use that example when I teach irony?

  4. Jojo,

I'm so sorry that blogger took your money and now won't answer your emails. She makes it difficult for honest people to sell things online.

I hope that your broken tooth doesn't give you too much trouble before you can get it fixed.

  5. Hey girl! I think I'm finally getting back to my blog...it's like having kids...if you wait til you can afford them, you never will. If I wait for my life to calm down to a small roar before I blog I will never blog again! I'm so sorry about that nasty blogger who took your money. She will get hers some day. So happy to be back blooging on your blog. Take care.

  6. Oh what a bad person, to take your money and not send you the goods. That's just plain wrong. Hope it wasn't a lot of money.

I too collect dust and dog hair on the furniture lately...LOL. I have been lazy without any energy. I had a brain MRI last week, and a carotid artery ultrasound today to rule out some mini strokes. I have been having some weirdness in my right face lately. I haven't heard any of the results yet.

I hope that you are doing well. Youa are in my daily thoughts and prayers. I need to blog myself.

    Remember ILY.

    God Bless~

  7. I'm doing mine about once a week too. That's really miserable about that other blogger, hopefully at least it wasn't a substantial amount of money.

  9. I can't believe a fellow blogger stiffed you! How awful.

Honestly, your trees are changing? Our maples don't change until the end of October and then, wow, they are beautiful.

btw...the lamp on my blog sits in my dining room!!!

  10. at the moment, dust. Hey! Who said that first? That was my first reaction.

No comment to thieves, they cheat themselves of peaceful sleep with their ill gotten gains. Pitiful.

So glad you got your book and can't wait to hear your thoughts. The beginning is hard work with the breakdown of nutritional components but slog through, your a life long learner and that is a great accomplishment!

  11. I love your Tuesday's tids. They make me smile and I need a smile on Tue. Thank you for coming over and leaving your sweet words today. I think it's fun to get up with Kim and sing once in awhile. It's kinda like fulfilling one of those girlhood fantasies, you know. But Hanna Montanna I ain't. I'll get some pictures to prove I had the nerve.
    Hugs,

  15. Your maple leaves are starting to turn? That's early! Ours are just beginning to blush - and I thought we'd be way ahead of you (up here in Canada).

That sucks about the blogger who took your money and did not send you your merchandise. I hate that! I once wrote a piece for somebody (answered an ad in the local paper) and never got paid for it. It wasn't much, but I was so upset. After all, I Trusted this person! I don't know how people can live with themselves after ripping others off.
